large bedrooms excellent breakfast friendly staff

the room was large and very clean it was great value for money. breakfast selection had many options including fresh eggs and omelettes made at the cooked breakfast station. the staff were attentive and friendly which helped with a smooth stay.

the drinking water provided was limited to a small carton daily for two guests it felt somewhat stingy.

the staff was helpful they ensured a smooth check in process and were quick to respond to requests. roberto at the front desk spoke multiple languages and this helped communication. the service maintained a high standard.

mixed experience, outdated rooms and service issues

chipping paint slow bar service

The hotel's location is indeed central. i noticed chipping paint and worn fabrics. It did not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. moreover, i found that requesting an iron required a phone call. the terrace bar service was slow. I waited over twenty minutes after summoning someone. dinner felt equally underwhelming, with sparse occupancy and pricing inconsistent with the quality.

The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city center. I appreciated the very clean room. Breakfast included a wide selection of food.

The gym was a bit small and had limited equipment.

constant noise noisy square

the breakfast offered a large choice of food.

the room i had was directly opposite the lift and on the fourth floor. this meant i heard it constantly. also, the room overlooked the main square and was quite noisy at night. it definitely affected my sleep.

great breakfast city location personal service luggage assistance

the breakfast offered plenty of variety. the city centre location was also very convenient. i found it easy to access different parts of the city from there. the staff were quite friendly too.

i found the lack of personal service noticeable. i felt more like a commodity than a valued guest. the absence of a doorman to assist with luggage upon arrival was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. no parking was available unless pre-booked.

The location of the hotel suited my needs perfectly. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The breakfast room had comfortable seating and the staff kept the buffet well-stocked and tidy.

The air conditioning in my room was rather noisy. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. the gym had limited equipment. There was only one treadmill.

The location was acceptable. It had bars and restaurants around.

the air conditioning was not yet turned on, so the room was hot (this was annoying). i found it difficult to sleep. also, i had to reserve parking in advance.
